On June 11(yesterday), China launched a crew of 3 people into space. This crew consisted of Nie Haisheng, Zhang Xiaoguang, and Wang Yaping. The name of the spacecraft they will ride into space is Shenzhou 10. The launch took place at 5:38 Beijing time at the Jiuguan Satellite Launch Center in the Gobi Desert. One the Shenzhou 10 is in orbit, it will dock with the Tiangong 1. But what is the Tiangong 1? It is a space station that is currently in orbit around Earth. But, it's orbit has been adjusted so it will safely meet the astronauts and their ship. The Tiangong 1 has been manned by small crews of four to six people switching off every four to six months for the past 13 years. The current launch of the Shenzhou 10 will last 15 days. It will also be the last of China's three experimental launches and using the information and experiences gained, China will be able build a bigger and better space station.

Mighty oxen tread apon the fields Careful farmers plant their precious seeds Ripples in the water blur the reflections of nature Young pink flowers sprout up under a weeping willow The trees slowly sway in the wispering wind All life is relaxed and calm
Good job. It's easy to picture the picture. Mr. Chester
Justinian l
Justinian the l was a lawmaker and ruler of the Byzantine Empire. He was born in 482 in Tauresium, Dardania (now Yugoslavia).Justinian showed great energy as a ruler. He was sometimes called “the last of the Romans” but more often called “the Emperor who never sleeps” due to his work habits. During his rule art, architecture, and culture blossomed. He over saw the building of the Hagia Sophia, a famous church, which was the center of the Eastern Orthodox Church for many centuries to come. He also put together the great book of law or the “Coupus Julius Civilus” which is the base of law in many modern European countries today. He married a woman named Theodora who was a big infuence on Justinian’s ruling style and law choices. She was actually 20 years younger than him. She came from a peasant class but it didn’t matter because the emperor before Justinian passed a law that allowed marriage between different social classes. Justinian died at age 82 on November 14, in 565 in Constantinople, the capitol of the Byzantine Empire. Over all, Justinian l was a very influential person in history.
With some locked doors,
With some wide open.
And a turn here ,
And a twist there.
Each door an opportunity,
Each door something new.
My life is a hallway.
With tiled floors,
With gorgeous chandelirs.
Light swims everywhere,
While pockets remain dark.
Other things distract me,
And confuse me.
But I walk on,
Alone and proud.
If I take a wrong turn,
I retrace my steps,
To fix that mistake.
And I finally stride,
To reach that door ,
With some thing glorious behind it.
Both your poem and your Justinian project are very good. 4's. Mr. Chester
